In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange.
You need to inform us of the issue within 48 hours from the date of receipt of product. The returned merchandise should reach us within 2 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
If you do not wish for an exchange, then the refund will only be in the form of Credit Note.
